Booking Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required at the time of booking and pickup
Minimum driver age: 21 years
A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the vehicle
Additional charges (e.g., mileage, damages, tolls) may be billed after the rental period

Mileage Policy

Daily rentals include 100–150 miles, depending on the vehicle. Additional mileage will be charged at $0.50 per mile.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Missing fuel will be charged at market rate, plus a service fee of $15–$25.

Authorized Areas

Some vehicles are limited to local use. Planning to travel outside the city? Just let us know in advance so we can approve your trip and avoid any extra charges.

Vehicle Condition & Cleanliness

We ask that vehicles be returned in reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, or evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee ranging from $50 to $150.

Late Returns

Up to 1 hour late: Complimentary grace period
1–3 hours late: Half-day rental charge
More than 3 hours late: Full additional day charge

Damage & Accidents

The renter is responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. In the event of an accident or incident, you must:

Notify us immediately
File a police report
Provide all relevant documentation

Tolls, Tickets & Violations

The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, traffic violations, and related administrative fees incurred during the rental period.

Privacy & GPS Tracking

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for security and operational purposes. By renting, you consent to this use.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations will incur a fee starting at $150.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip
24–48 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund

Minimum Rental Period

Minimum booking duration is 1–2 days, depending on the vehicle.

Usage Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited:

Racing or reckless driving
Off-roading
Unauthorized drivers
International border crossing
Travel outside approved areas without prior consent.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in additional fees.
